Lou\u2019s 9\/1\/73 show still rates as numero uno in my book, for presentation, drama, craftsmanship and sheer rock and roll energy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;d sure be cool to have been there, or at least be able to hear that one. \u00a0Time passes&#8230; and then the other day I ran across an amazing site the other day &#8211; \u00a0some french guy has tried to capture all (and I mean all) bootlegs of lou reed in existence. \u00a0He cheats a little and includes the 1962 recordings, but I&#8217;m not complaining, and it was fun hearing lou from the beginning.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">http:\/\/bootblogger-lyoko.blogspot.com\/<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 120px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/trouble.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/lou.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-319\" title=\"lou\" src=\"https:\/\/trouble.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/lou-150x150.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/trouble.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/lou-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/trouble.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/lou-96x96.png 96w, https:\/\/trouble.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/lou-24x24.png 24w, https:\/\/trouble.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/lou-36x36.png 36w, https:\/\/trouble.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/lou-48x48.png 48w, https:\/\/trouble.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/lou-64x64.png 64w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<div>\u00a0So I look&#8230; and there it is, September 1st, 1973, at the Tenglewood Festival. \u00a0 To quote lou, you know those were different times.\u00a0The hunter and wagner dynamic guitar duo was pretty special (later on fronting and coauthoring much of alice cooper&#8217;s best work and a whole lot more.)<\/div>\n<p>The recordings are mostly hosted on a kind of french megaupload site and packed in those stupid rar files, but \u2026 how can you complain, really?<\/p>\n<p>What a loss, all those concerts and music thrown away over the years\u2026 wouldn&#8217;t it be amazing to just go back in time and basically listen to any concert ever?
